Add Bank Account - PhonePe
To add a bank account in PhonePe, please follow these steps:
- Open the PhonePe app on your phone and log in using your PhonePe account credentials.
- On the app homepage, click on the "Bank Accounts" icon located at the top of the screen.
- If you have not already added a bank account, you will see an option to "Add New Bank Account." Click on it.
- Select the bank you want to add from the list of available banks.
- PhonePe will verify the account details and link the account to your PhonePe account.
- Once the account is successfully linked, you will be able to see the account details and balance on the Bank Accounts page.
- If you want to make this account your primary account for transactions, click on the "Set Primary Account" button next to the account details.
Note: Make sure that you have a valid and active mobile number linked to your bank account as PhonePe uses this to verify your account. Also, ensure that you have sufficient funds in your bank account to make transactions using PhonePe.
